Mat Williamson won the 30 lap Opening Night at the Freedom Motorsports Park on Friday. This was Mat's fouth win of the season, first at Freedom Motorsports Park this year, and fouth Weekly win of the season. For the 28 year old Williamson it was their third win putting him second on the Freedom Motorsports Park win list since 2006. Finishing in second was Billy VanPelt. This was Billy's second Top 5 of the season, first at Freedom Motorsports Park this year, and second Weekly Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Brad Rapp, their first top 5 of the year.
