Billy VanPelt notches win at Freedom Motorsports Park

Billy VanPelt won the 30 lap Big Dog Saturday at the Freedom Motorsports Park on Saturday. This was Billy's eleventh win of the season, sixth at Freedom Motorsports Park this year, and second Unsanctioned win of the season. For the 52 year old VanPelt it was their tenth win putting him first on the Freedom Motorsports Park win list since 2006.
Finishing 0.2490 seconds behind in second was Patrick Emerling. This was Patrick's third Top 5 of the season, third at Freedom Motorsports Park this year, and first Unsanctioned Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Phil Vigneri III, their thirteenth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was James Sweeting, their third top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was John Venuto, their third top 5 of the year.
Steven Schumacher, Shannon Whaley, Jimmy Holden, Ron Cartwright Jr., and Nick Joy rounded out the top 10.
