Brandon Grosso outruns New Egypt Speedway field

Brandon Grosso won the 40 lap Firecracker 40 at the New Egypt Speedway on Saturday. This was Brandon's first win of the season. Brandon's last win came on Oct 21, 2017, sixteen starts ago. For the 18 year old Grosso it was their second win putting him twenty-first on the New Egypt Speedway win list since 2006.
Finishing 4.1520 seconds behind in second was Ryan Godown. This was Ryan's twenty-first Top 5 of the season, third at New Egypt Speedway this year, and twelfth Weekly Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was David VanHorn Jr., their tenth top 5 of the year.
