Rex King Sr. grabs The Modified Tour checkers at The New Stateline Speedway

Rex King Sr. won the 35 lap The Modified Tour Open Wheel Mania at the The New Stateline Speedway on Saturday. This was Rex's first win of the season. Rex's last win came on Jun 10, 2017, twenty three starts ago. For the 52 year old King it was their first win putting him second on the The New Stateline Speedway win list since 2006.
Finishing in second was Phil Vigneri III. This was Phil's seventh Top 5 of the season, first at The New Stateline Speedway this year, and second The Modified Tour Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Rex King Jr., their ninth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Tyler Willard, their second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Greg Martin, their third top 5 of the year.
Jim Rasey, Rick Richner, Jimmy Holden, Kevin Hoffman, and Chris Haines rounded out the top 10.
