JR Heffner victorious at Lebanon Valley Speedway

JR Heffner won the 24 lap Regular Event at the Lebanon Valley Speedway on Saturday. This was JR's first win of the season. JR's last win came on Sep 24, 2017, nine starts ago. For the 46 year old Heffner it was their thirty-first win putting him fouth on the Lebanon Valley Speedway win list since 2006.
