Stewart Friesen wins on Short Track Super Series at Fonda Speedway

Stewart Friesen won the 50 lap Short Track Super Series Firecracker 50 at the Fonda Speedway on Wednesday. This was Stewart's eighth win of the season, third at Fonda Speedway this year, and third Short Track Super Series win of the season. For the 35 year old Friesen it was their fifty-eighth win putting him first on the Fonda Speedway win list since 2004.
Finishing 0.1200 seconds behind in second was Matt Sheppard. This was Matt's twenty-eighth Top 5 of the season, second at Fonda Speedway this year, and sixth Short Track Super Series Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Erick Rudolph, their twenty-second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Anthony Perrego, their thirteenth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Rocky Warner, their fourteenth top 5 of the year.
Andy Bachetti, Larry Wight, Brett Hearn, Mat Williamson, and Craig Hanson rounded out the top 10.
