Billy Decker gets it done on DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park

Billy Decker won the 30 lap DIRTcar Nationals DIRTcar Nationals Night 2 at the Volusia Speedway Park on Wednesday. This was Billy's first win of the season.
