Frank Harper picks up Lebanon Valley Speedway victory

Frank Harper won the 24 lap 358s w/ All-Stars at the Lebanon Valley Speedway on Sunday. This was Frank's first win of the season. Frank's last win came on Aug 29, 2015, fifty eight starts ago. For the 44 year old Harper it was their third win putting him twenty-sixth on the Lebanon Valley Speedway win list since 2004.
