Rick Schaffer gets the top prize at Grandview Speedway

Rick Schaffer won the Open Competition at the Grandview Speedway on Saturday. This was Rick's first win of the season. This is Rick's first win since 2004! For the 99 year old Schaffer it was their win putting him on the Grandview Speedway win list since 2004.
Finishing in second was Tom Mayberry. This was Tom's first Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Doug Pannepacker, their first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Chip Slocum, their first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Shawn Reimert, their first top 5 of the year.
Ray Swinehart, Tracy Readinger, Smokey Warren Jr., Ken Lindaberry, and Donny Erb rounded out the top 10.
