Brett Tonkin takes Penn Can Speedway checkers

Brett Tonkin won the 30 lap Regular Event at the Penn Can Speedway on Friday. This was Brett's first win of the season. Brett's last win came on Jun 28, 2019, fifteen starts ago. For the 35 year old Tonkin it was their eleventh win putting him eighth on the Penn Can Speedway win list since 2004.
