Larry Wight earns checkers on Southern Super Modified Series at Chatham Speedway

Larry Wight won the 32 lap Southern Super Modified Series Return from the Corona 32 at the Chatham Speedway on Friday. This was Larry's fouth win of the season, first at Chatham Speedway this year, and first Southern Super Modified Series win of the season. For the 27 year old Wight it was their first win putting him first on the Chatham Speedway win list since 2004.
Finishing in second was Matt Sheppard. This was Matt's fifth Top 5 of the season, first at Chatham Speedway this year, and first Southern Super Modified Series Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Stewart Friesen, their twelfth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Jack Lehner, their first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Jessica Friesen, their first top 5 of the year.
Erick Rudolph, Rick Wegner Jr., Eric Williams, Jimmy McCommas, and Brother Fowlkes rounded out the top 10.
