For the 37 year old Friesen it was their -first win putting him first on the Fonda Speedway win list since 2002. Finishing 4.0790 seconds behind in second was Bobby Varin. This was Bobby's third Top 5 of the season, second at Fonda Speedway this year, and first Thunder on the Thruway Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Mike Mahaney, their tenth top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Craig Hanson, their third top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Ronnie Johnson, their third top 5 of the year. Matt Sheppard, Alan Johnson, Josh Hohenforst, Matt DeLorenzo, and David Schilling rounded out the top 10.
