Shaun Walker earns checkers at Thunder Mountain Speedway

Shaun Walker won the 35 lap Regular Event at the Thunder Mountain Speedway on Saturday. This was Shaun's second win of the season, second at Thunder Mountain Speedway this year, and second Weekly win of the season. For the 36 year old Walker it was their ninth win putting him eighth on the Thunder Mountain Speedway win list since 2002.
Finishing 0.7740 seconds behind in second was Darren Smith. This was Darren's seventh Top 5 of the season, fifth at Thunder Mountain Speedway this year, and sixth Weekly Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Alan Barker, their fifteenth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Rusty Smith, their tenth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Rick Wilk, their first top 5 of the year.
Bailey Boyd, Jeff Sheely, Nick Nye, Eric Leet, and Jimmy Zacharias rounded out the top 10.
