Matt Sheppard bags win at Georgetown Speedway
Matt Sheppard won the 32 lap 12k for the 12k at the Georgetown Speedway on Friday. This was Matt's twenty-first win of the season, first at Georgetown Speedway this year, and first Non-series win of the season. For the 40 year old Sheppard it was their third win putting him tenth on the Georgetown Speedway win list since 2000. Finishing 2.8760 seconds behind in second was Jordan Watson. This was Jordan's sixth Top 5 of the season, third at Georgetown Speedway this year, and second Non-series Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Alex Yankowski, their fourteenth top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Ryan Godown, their nineteenth top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Danny Bouc, their thirteenth top 5 of the year. Matt Stangle, Mike Gular, Brandon Grosso, Joseph Watson, and HJ Bunting III rounded out the top 10.
