Rusty Smith reaches Thunder Mountain Speedway victory lane

Rusty Smith won the 258 lap Championship Night at the Thunder Mountain Speedway on Saturday. This was Rusty's third win of the season, third at Thunder Mountain Speedway this year, and third Weekly win of the season. For the 44 year old Smith it was their fifth win putting him Twentieth on the Thunder Mountain Speedway win list since 2000.
Finishing 0.4720 seconds behind in second was Shayne Spoonhower. This was Shayne's twelfth Top 5 of the season, twelfth at Thunder Mountain Speedway this year, and twelfth Weekly Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Lance Willix II, their twenty-first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Doug Smith, their third top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Connor Sellars, their tenth top 5 of the year.
