Peter Britten takes Albany-Saratoga Speedway checkers

Peter Britten won the 40 lap Opening Night at the Albany-Saratoga Speedway on Friday. This was Peter's second win of the season, first at Albany-Saratoga Speedway this year, and first Weekly win of the season. For the 34 year old Britten it was their thirteenth win putting him seventh on the Albany-Saratoga Speedway win list since 2000.
Finishing 0.2500 seconds behind in second was Matt DeLorenzo. This was Matt's first Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Larry Wight, their eighth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Mike Mahaney, their second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Michael Maresca, their fouth top 5 of the year.
Jessey Mueller, Demetrios Drellos, Matt Sheppard, Anthony Perrego, and Billy Decker rounded out the top 10.
