Mat Williamson gets the top prize at Merrittville Speedway
Mat Williamson won the 35 lap Regular Event at the Merrittville Speedway on Saturday. This was Mat's thirteenth win of the season, fifth at Merrittville Speedway this year, and eleventh Weekly win of the season. For the 32 year old Williamson it was their fifty-second win putting him second on the Merrittville Speedway win list since 2000. Finishing 2.0450 seconds behind in second was Ryan Susice. This was Ryan's eleventh Top 5 of the season, sixth at Merrittville Speedway this year, and ninth Weekly Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Pete Bicknell, their eleventh top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was David Flannigan Jr., their first top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Chad Chevalier, their ninth top 5 of the year. Mike Bowman, Todd Gordon, Luke Carleton, Scott Wood, and Dylan Davidson rounded out the top 10.
