Frank Yankowski graces Five Mile Point Speedway victory lane
Frank Yankowski won the 30 lap Opening Night at the Five Mile Point Speedway on Saturday. This was Frank's first win of the season. This is Frank's first win since 2000! For the 52 year old Yankowski it was their first win putting him forty-ninth on the Five Mile Point Speedway win list since 2000. Finishing in second was Dan Vauter. This was Dan's fouth Top 5 of the season, second at Five Mile Point Speedway this year, and third Weekly Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Brett Tonkin, their fouth top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Nick Rochinski, their second top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Brad Szulewski, their first top 5 of the year. J.R. Fulper, Barry White, Joey Colsten, Glenn Knapp, and Bobby Puckett rounded out the top 10.
