Chris Raabe outruns Brighton Speedway field for triumph
Chris Raabe won the 75 lap Applefest Shootout at the Brighton Speedway on Saturday. This was Chris's thirteenth win of the season, first at Brighton Speedway this year, and second Non-series win of the season. For the 31 year old Raabe it was their second win putting him second on the Brighton Speedway win list since 2000. Finishing 3.6100 seconds behind in second was Erick Rudolph. This was Erick's fifty-first Top 5 of the season, first at Brighton Speedway this year, and fifth Non-series Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was David Hebert, their twenty-ninth top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Gary Lindberg, their twenty-fifth top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Tristan Draper, their tenth top 5 of the year. Corey Wheeler, Ryan Arbuthnot, Mike Bowman, Chad Chevalier, and Kyle Dingwall rounded out the top 10.
