Stewart Friesen wins on Super DIRTcar Series at Albany-Saratoga Speedway
Stewart Friesen won the 115 lap Super DIRTcar Series Malta Massive 115 at the Albany-Saratoga Speedway on Saturday. This was Stewart's ninth win of the season, first at Albany-Saratoga Speedway this year, and first Super DIRTcar Series win of the season. For the 40 year old Friesen it was their twenty-second win putting him fouth on the Albany-Saratoga Speedway win list since 1996. Finishing 3.6220 seconds behind in second was Felix Roy. This was Felix's Twentieth Top 5 of the season, first at Albany-Saratoga Speedway this year, and first Super DIRTcar Series Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was James Meehan, their second top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Larry Wight, their twenty-seventh top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Peter Britten, their nineteenth top 5 of the year. Billy Decker, Jimmy Phelps, Mat Williamson, Tim Sears Jr., and Kenny Tremont Jr. rounded out the top 10.
