Matt Sheppard posts Short Track Super Series North victory at Accord Speedway
Matt Sheppard won the Short Track Super Series North Battle of the Bullring at the Accord Speedway on Tuesday. This was Matt's fouth win of the season, first at Accord Speedway this year, and first Short Track Super Series North win of the season. For the 40 year old Sheppard it was their first win putting him forty-first on the Accord Speedway win list since 1997. Finishing in second was Mat Williamson. This was Mat's seventh Top 5 of the season, first at Accord Speedway this year, and first Short Track Super Series North Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Anthony Perrego, their first top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Rusty Smith, their first top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Billy Pauch Jr., their seventh top 5 of the year. Danny Johnson, Dillon Steuer, Corey Cormier, J.R. Hurlburt, and Justin Holland rounded out the top 10.
