All smiles for Pete Bicknell at Merrittville Speedway

Pete Bicknell won the 50 lap Championship Night at the Merrittville Speedway on Saturday. This was Pete's second win of the season, second at Merrittville Speedway this year, and second Weekly win of the season. For the 68 year old Bicknell it was their -fifth win putting him first on the Merrittville Speedway win list since 1996.
Finishing 3.4590 seconds behind in second was Fred Carleton. This was Fred's eighth Top 5 of the season, eighth at Merrittville Speedway this year, and eighth Weekly Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Todd Gordon, their fouth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Justin Sharp, their second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Shayne Pierce, their fouth top 5 of the year.
Boyd MacTavish, Jay Mallory, David Flannigan Jr., Darrell Farraway, and Scott Wood rounded out the top 10.
