Kevin Hartnett drives to victory at Penn Can Speedway

Kevin Hartnett won the 30 lap Regular Event at the Penn Can Speedway on Friday. This was Kevin's first win of the season. Kevin's last win came on Sep 02, 2022, six starts ago. For the 54 year old Hartnett it was their thirty-seventh win putting him second on the Penn Can Speedway win list since 1996.
