Mat Williamson drives to Super DIRTcar Series win at The Dirt Track at Charlotte





Mat Williamson won the 30 lap Super DIRTcar Series World Finals Night 2 at the The Dirt Track at Charlotte on Friday. This was Mat's twenty-seventh win of the season, first at The Dirt Track at Charlotte this year, and eighth Super DIRTcar Series win of the season. For the 34 year old Williamson it was their fouth win putting him fouth on the The Dirt Track at Charlotte win list since 1996.
Finishing 1.3600 seconds behind in second was Matt Sheppard. This was Matt's sixty-fifth Top 5 of the season, first at The Dirt Track at Charlotte this year, and fourteenth Super DIRTcar Series Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Demetrios Drellos, their tenth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Jimmy Phelps, their twenty-third top 5 of the year.
