Shaun Walker claims Afton Fairgrounds Speedway victory

Shaun Walker won the 35 lap Regular Event at the Afton Fairgrounds Speedway on Friday. This was Shaun's first win of the season. Shaun's last win came on Aug 05, 2023, four starts ago. For the 39 year old Walker it was their twelfth win putting him eleventh on the Afton Fairgrounds Speedway win list since 1996.
Finishing in second was Corey Cormier. This was Corey's fouth Top 5 of the season, second at Afton Fairgrounds Speedway this year, and fouth Weekly Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Nick Nye, their second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Seth Zacharias, their first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Rusty Smith, their second top 5 of the year.
Mike Kolka, Justin Holland, Brett Tonkin, Doug Polhamus, and Charles Loiodice rounded out the top 10.
