Jimmy Phelps soars to Brewerton Speedway win

Jimmy Phelps won the 35 lap Opening Night at the Brewerton Speedway on Friday. This was Jimmy's first win of the season. Jimmy's last win came on Aug 11, 2023, twenty five starts ago. For the 49 year old Phelps it was their twenty-eighth win putting him fouth on the Brewerton Speedway win list since 1996.
Finishing 1.6610 seconds behind in second was Larry Wight. This was Larry's sixth Top 5 of the season, first at Brewerton Speedway this year, and first Weekly Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Tim Sears Jr., their first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Zach Payne, their second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Chris Hile, their first top 5 of the year.
Jackson Gill, Todd Root, Jason Parkhurst, Darren Smith, and Ronnie Davis III rounded out the top 10.
