Scott Wood outruns Merrittville Speedway field for triumph

Scott Wood won the 30 lap Make up from 6/8 at the Merrittville Speedway on Saturday. This was Scott's first win of the season. Scott's last win came on Aug 26, 2023, eight starts ago. For Wood it was their twenty-sixth win putting him third on the Merrittville Speedway win list since 1996.
Finishing 0.9930 seconds behind in second was Luke Carleton. This was Luke's third Top 5 of the season, third at Merrittville Speedway this year, and second Weekly Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Justin Sharp, their second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Paul Gaboury, their first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Jay Mallory, their third top 5 of the year.
