Alex Payne won the 30 lap 10th Annual Summer Nationals Steve Kent Memorial at the Outlaw Speedway on Friday. This was Alex's third win of the season, second at Outlaw Speedway this year, and third Weekly win of the season. For the 19 year old Payne it was their ninth win putting him eleventh on the Outlaw Speedway win list since 1991. Finishing 1.1840 seconds behind in second was Will Shields. This was Will's sixth Top 5 of the season, second at Outlaw Speedway this year, and sixth Weekly Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Pat Ward, their second top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Tommy Collins Jr., their fifth top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Bobby Varin, their sixth top 5 of the year. Jeffery Daugherty, Michael Maresca, Jim LaRock, Brian Swarthout, and Kreg Crooker rounded out the top 10.
