Ryan Godown comes away with win at New Egypt Speedway

Ryan Godown won the 30 lap Regular Event at the New Egypt Speedway on Saturday. This was Ryan's fifth win of the season, second at New Egypt Speedway this year, and fouth Weekly win of the season. For the 50 year old Godown it was their sixty-first win putting him second on the New Egypt Speedway win list since 1991.
Finishing 3.9840 seconds behind in second was Tanner VanDoren. This was Tanner's seventh Top 5 of the season, fouth at New Egypt Speedway this year, and fouth Weekly Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Danny Bouc, their eleventh top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Corey Cormier, their second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was DJ Hunt, their first top 5 of the year.
Billy Pauch Jr., Matt Stangle, Kevin Borden, Jack Butler, and Jim Housworth rounded out the top 10.
