Billy Whittaker bags win at Eldora Speedway

Billy Whittaker won the 20 lap All-Star Wednesday at the Eldora Speedway on Wednesday. This was Billy's first win of the season. Billy's last win came on Aug 27, 2016, twenty three starts ago. For Whittaker it was their first win putting him first on the Eldora Speedway win list since 2008.
