Billy VanPelt reaches Freedom Motorsports Park victory lane

Billy VanPelt won the 30 lap Regular Event at the Freedom Motorsports Park on Friday. This was Billy's third win of the season, first at Freedom Motorsports Park this year, and third Weekly win of the season. For VanPelt it was their first win putting him second on the Freedom Motorsports Park win list since 2008.
