For the 17 year old Grosso it was their first win putting him twenty-eighth on the New Egypt Speedway win list since 2008. Finishing 1.430 seconds behind in second was Duane Howard. This was Duane's thirty-third Top 5 of the season, third at New Egypt Speedway this year, and seventeenth Unsanctioned Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Billy Pauch Jr., their twenty-eighth top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was David VanHorn Jr., their twelfth top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Jimmy Horton, their fourteenth top 5 of the year. Dominick Buffalino, Brett Kressley, Mike Gular, Jeff Strunk, and Rich Rutski rounded out the top 10.
