Donnie Elliott claims Five Mile Point Speedway victory

Donnie Elliott won the 30 lap Summer Slam Series Race 2 at the Five Mile Point Speedway on Sunday. This was Donnie's first win of the season. Donnie's last win came on Jul 25, 2015, seventeen starts ago. For the 43 year old Elliott it was their first win putting him twenty-eighth on the Five Mile Point Speedway win list since 2008.
Finishing in second was Steve Davis. This was Steve's second Top 5 of the season, first at Five Mile Point Speedway this year, and second Weekly Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Nick Rochinski, their eighth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Richard Smith, their fouth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Brian Puckett, their first top 5 of the year.
Brett Hearn, Mike Colsten, Erick Rudolph, Rusty Smith (34), and Randy Chrysler rounded out the top 10.
