Keith Flach parks in Lebanon Valley Speedway victory lane

Keith Flach won the 30 lap Regular Event at the Lebanon Valley Speedway on Saturday. This was Keith's first win of the season. Keith's last win came on Sep 03, 2016, forty starts ago.
