Matt Sheppard brings home win on DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park

Matt Sheppard won the 30 lap DIRTcar Nationals DIRTcar Nationals Night 4 at the Volusia Speedway Park on Friday. This was Matt's first win of the season. Matt's last win came on Nov 04, 2017, two starts ago. For the 35 year old Sheppard it was their seventh win putting him second on the Volusia Speedway Park win list since 2006.
Finishing 1.1290 seconds behind in second was Danny Johnson. This was Danny's third Top 5 of the season, third at Volusia Speedway Park this year, and third DIRTcar Nationals Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Max McLaughlin, their first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Tim McCreadie, their third top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Justin Haers, their second top 5 of the year.
Ryan Godown, Pat Ward, Larry Wight, Jimmy Horton, and Mike Mahaney rounded out the top 10.
