Stewart Friesen heads to victory lane on Super DIRTcar Series at Ransomville Speedway
Stewart Friesen won the 100 lap Super DIRTcar Series Summer Nationals at the Ransomville Speedway on Tuesday. This was Stewart's seventeenth win of the season, first at Ransomville Speedway this year, and fifth Super DIRTcar Series win of the season. For the 35 year old Friesen it was their tenth win putting him eighth on the Ransomville Speedway win list since 2006. Finishing 0.3480 seconds behind in second was Mat Williamson. This was Mat's twenty-sixth Top 5 of the season, first at Ransomville Speedway this year, and third Super DIRTcar Series Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Brett Hearn, their twenty-first top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Jimmy Phelps, their twenty-fouth top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Erick Rudolph, their thirty-seventh top 5 of the year. Pete Bicknell, Max McLaughlin, Tommy Flannigan, Matt Sheppard, and Rich Scagliotta rounded out the top 10.
