TIM MCCREADIE SCORES THIRD THUNDER ALLEY WIN

EVANS MILLS, NY...Tim McCreadie paced the field in Thursday night's Real Rock 100.7 DIRT Modified feature at Caprara's Thunder Alley Speedpark to score his third win of the season. Jessica Zemken took her first win of the year in the DIRT Sportsman feature, while Dale Caswell was the IMCA Modified winner. Other winners included Dave Mannise in a photo finish in the Pure Stocks and Jordan Keruskie in the Junior Modified Lites.

McCreadie took off at the start of the 30-lap DIRT Modifed feature event, leaving runnerup Ryan Bartlett to fight it out with Bob McCreadie and Steve Paine for position. A lap 8 restart saw 'Barefoot' and Paine mix it up, with Bob losing a few spots as a result. Vic Coffey took advantage of the mixup to move into third and put pressure on Bartlett.

McCreadie was able to open up his lead and carry it to the finish while Bartlett held off Coffey for second. Paine took fourth while Dale Planck beat Alan Johnson to the line for fifth.

The 20-lap DIRT Sportsman feature began with Jack Meeks taking the lead and Zemken moving into second. Meeks held the lead on a lap 8 restart, but three laps later suffered a flat left rear tire, handing the lead to Zemken. Zemken pulled away in the second half of the feature to record the win over Chad Phelps, Tim Alton, who finished on three wheels after losing his left front on the final lap, Jason Potter, and Kyle Dingwall.

The 20-lap IMCA Modified feature saw a four car battle develop between Neal Edgar, the early leader, Sean Lias, Caswell, and John Mason. The group traded spots back and forth, but Caswell was able to work his way past and take the lead on lap 6. Lias pressured Caswell to the finish, but Caswell was up to the challenge, recording the win over Lias, Mason, George Valenti, and Edgar.

The 15-lap Pure Stock feature began with Steve Woodworth holding the lead while Dave Mannise challenged him. Mannise slid past after a lap 7 yellow for Steven Gilmore's flip in turn two. Dave Pope slid into second and the pair raced to the finish, with Pope ducking under Mannise in the last corner, setting up a flat out drag race to the finish. At the line, Mannise took the win by mere inches over Pope, Woodworth, Dana Aikins, and Dan Hoffman.

The Junior Modified Lite feature was won by Jordan Keruskie over Dustin Delaney and Taylor Caprara.

Racing action continues at Thunder Alley on Thursday, June 10th. With the Modifieds competing on the Advance Auto Parts Super DIRT Series, sprint cars will headline the program as the Patriot Sprint Group tops the show, along with the DIRT Sportsman, IMCA Modifieds, Pure Stocks, and Junior Modified Lites. Gates will open at 5 p.m. with racing starting at 7 p.m.
