Canaan To Whittemore

CANAAN, NH Brian Whittemore won Friday night's 358-Modified feature at Canaan Speedway.

Ed Tobin led much of the way, before being sidelined with mechanical problems. Whittemore surged to the front and captured the win.

Paul Parker, Chris Donnelly, Gary Siemons and Woody MacLeod completed the top five.

Taking victories for the vis iting Granite State Mini Sprints were Si Allen (500cc) and Steve Robinson (600cc).

In the Late Models, Frank Varney, again in the Todd Longley car, took top honors after leading most of the way.
