Howe Hot In Canaan Mods

CANAAN, NH Randy Howe won Friday night's 358 Modified feature at Canaan USA Speedway.

Ed Tobin led through lap 10, but was forced from contention when his mount developed motor problems for the second straight week.

Don Lavanway then led for two circuits, before Howe took command and went on to win.

Chris Donnelly was second, followed by Lavanway, Woody MacLeod and Arnie Stygles.

Frank Varney won his sec ond straight Late Model fea ture, while Roy French tri umphed in the Fast Fours.

Daryl Smith took top honors in the eveing's the Pro-Street main.
