Stewart Friesen brings home win at Fonda Speedway
Stewart Friesen won the 50 lap Ice Jam at the Fonda Speedway on Saturday. This was Stewart's third win of the season, first at Fonda Speedway this year, and third Unsanctioned win of the season. For the 34 year old Friesen it was their forty-eighth win putting him first on the Fonda Speedway win list since 2006. Finishing 1.3120 seconds behind in second was Danny Varin. This was Danny's first Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Bobby Varin, their first top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Danny Johnson, their fouth top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Josh Hohenforst, their first top 5 of the year. Mike Mahaney, Rocky Warner, Jim Davis, Willy Decker, and Tim Fuller rounded out the top 10.
