Matt Sheppard charges to victory lane at Outlaw Speedway
Matt Sheppard won the 30 lap Outlaw Spring Nationals at the Outlaw Speedway on Saturday. This was Matt's third win of the season, first at Outlaw Speedway this year, and second Unsanctioned win of the season. For the 35 year old Sheppard it was their sixteenth win putting him second on the Outlaw Speedway win list since 2006. Finishing 2.7630 seconds behind in second was Nick Nye. This was Nick's first Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Alan Johnson, their first top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Cory Costa, their first top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Derrick Podsiadlo, their first top 5 of the year. Erick Rudolph, Colton Wilson, Jim LaRock, Justin Wright, and Greg Birosh rounded out the top 10.
