Stewart Friesen won the 50 lap Short Track Super Series Hard Clay Finale at the Orange County Fair Speedway on Thursday. This was Stewart's thirteenth win of the season, second at Orange County Fair Speedway this year, and fifth Short Track Super Series win of the season. For the 36 year old Friesen it was their eleventh win putting him eleventh on the Orange County Fair Speedway win list since 2004. Finishing in second was Larry Wight. This was Larry's forty-first Top 5 of the season, third at Orange County Fair Speedway this year, and first Short Track Super Series Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Anthony Perrego, their twenty-seventh top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Andy Bachetti, their forty-first top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Matt Sheppard, their fifty-ninth top 5 of the year. Billy Decker, Jimmy Horton, Mat Williamson, Billy Pauch Jr., and Mike Gular rounded out the top 10.
