Rex King Sr. outruns BRP Modified Tour field for triumph at Michaels Mercer Raceway

Rex King Sr. won the 35 lap BRP Modified Tour Mod Tour at Mercer at the Michaels Mercer Raceway on Saturday. This was Rex's third win of the season, first at Michaels Mercer Raceway this year, and third BRP Modified Tour win of the season. For the 53 year old King it was their seventh win putting him tenth on the Michaels Mercer Raceway win list since 2004.
Finishing 0.8640 seconds behind in second was Rex King Jr.. This was Rex's seventeenth Top 5 of the season, fouth at Michaels Mercer Raceway this year, and eighth BRP Modified Tour Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Garrett Krummert, their ninth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Kyle Fink, their fouth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Dave Murdick, their tenth top 5 of the year.
Greg Martin, Rick Regalski, Jim Rasey, Rich Whitney, and Erik Martin rounded out the top 10.
