Alan Barker does the job at Penn Can Speedway

Alan Barker won the 30 lap Regular Event at the Penn Can Speedway on Friday. This was Alan's third win of the season, third at Penn Can Speedway this year, and third Weekly win of the season. For Barker it was their third win putting him nineteenth on the Penn Can Speedway win list since 2004.
