Jeff Strunk graces Big Diamond Speedway victory lane
Jeff Strunk won the 40 lap Prelude to the Coalcracker at the Big Diamond Speedway on Friday. This was Jeff's third win of the season, second at Big Diamond Speedway this year, and third Weekly win of the season. For the 52 year old Strunk it was their twenty-ninth win putting him third on the Big Diamond Speedway win list since 2004. Finishing 0.5500 seconds behind in second was Billy Pauch Jr.. This was Billy's sixteenth Top 5 of the season, sixth at Big Diamond Speedway this year, and ninth Weekly Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Mike Gular, their fifteenth top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Craig VonDohren, their eighteenth top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Duane Howard, their seventh top 5 of the year. Brett Kressley, Rick Laubach, Jared Umbenhauer, Kevin Graver Jr., and Craig Whitmoyer rounded out the top 10.
