Gil Tegg Jr. picks up Land of Legends Raceway victory

Gil Tegg Jr. won the 35 lap Regular Event at the Land of Legends Raceway on Saturday. This was Gil's first win of the season. Gil's last win came on May 21, 2016, sixty two starts ago. For the 49 year old Tegg it was their third win putting him sixteenth on the Land of Legends Raceway win list since 2004.
Finishing 1.2650 seconds behind in second was Alan Johnson. This was Alan's ninth Top 5 of the season, fouth at Land of Legends Raceway this year, and eighth Weekly Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Larry Wight, their twenty-fifth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Erick Rudolph, their twenty-second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Billy Dunn, their twelfth top 5 of the year.
Matt Farnham, Pat Ward, Matt Sheppard, Justin Haers, and Kyle Coffey rounded out the top 10.
