Matt Sheppard claims Outlaw Speedway victory
Matt Sheppard won the 30 lap Regular Event at the Outlaw Speedway on Friday. This was Matt's seventh win of the season, fouth at Outlaw Speedway this year, and fouth Weekly win of the season. For the 37 year old Sheppard it was their thirty-sixth win putting him first on the Outlaw Speedway win list since 2004. Finishing 1.6370 seconds behind in second was Danny Johnson. This was Danny's sixth Top 5 of the season, fouth at Outlaw Speedway this year, and fouth Weekly Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Justin Wright, their second top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Tyler Siri, their second top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Jordan Siri, their first top 5 of the year. Alan Johnson, Derrick Podsiadlo, Ron Cartwright Jr., Eldon Payne Jr., and Brad Weaver rounded out the top 10.
