Stewart Friesen lands in Short Track Super Series victory lane at Delaware International Speedway





Stewart Friesen won the 50 lap Short Track Super Series Diamond State 50 at the Delaware International Speedway on Tuesday. This was Stewart's twenty-first win of the season, first at Delaware International Speedway this year, and third Short Track Super Series win of the season. For the 37 year old Friesen it was their second win putting him twenty-ninth on the Delaware International Speedway win list since 2004.
Finishing 2.9470 seconds behind in second was Matt Sheppard. This was Matt's thirtieth Top 5 of the season, first at Delaware International Speedway this year, and third Short Track Super Series Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Jimmy Horton, their second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Andy Bachetti, their eleventh top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Danny Bouc, their seventh top 5 of the year.
David VanHorn Jr., Jordan Watson, Ryan Watt, Jeff Strunk, and Tyler Dippel rounded out the top 10.
