Matt Sheppard won the 50 lap Modern Day Outlaw 50 at the Utica-Rome Speedway on Tuesday. This was Matt's thirty-seventh win of the season, twelfth at Utica-Rome Speedway this year, and fouth Non-series win of the season. For the 40 year old Sheppard it was their sixtieth win putting him second on the Utica-Rome Speedway win list since 2000. Finishing 7.2550 seconds behind in second was Larry Wight. This was Larry's thirty-fifth Top 5 of the season, third at Utica-Rome Speedway this year, and fouth Non-series Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Demetrios Drellos, their nineteenth top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Rocky Warner, their twenty-ninth top 5 of the year.
