Stewart Friesen collects Thunder on the Thruway victory at Fonda Speedway

Stewart Friesen won the 30 lap Thunder on the Thruway Thunder on the Thruway at the Fonda Speedway on Saturday. This was Stewart's fouth win of the season, second at Fonda Speedway this year, and first Thunder on the Thruway win of the season. For the 38 year old Friesen it was their eighty-second win putting him first on the Fonda Speedway win list since 2000.
Finishing 1.5760 seconds behind in second was Demetrios Drellos. This was Demetrios's fifth Top 5 of the season, second at Fonda Speedway this year, and first Thunder on the Thruway Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Craig Hanson, their second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Matt DeLorenzo, their seventh top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Chris Curtis, their first top 5 of the year.
Bobby Varin, Jack Lehner, Marc Johnson, Danny Creeden, and Ronnie Johnson rounded out the top 10.
